Manager-Credit / Manager-Law / Manager-Risk / Company Secretary – Scale-II
Manager-Credit: relevant graduate/postgraduate qualification in MBA (Finance), with CA/CMA/CFA as an added advantage and minimum 3 years' relevant credit experience. Manager-Law: full-time LLB and enrolment as an Advocate with Bar Council; PG Law preferred and minimum 3 years' relevant Law Officer experience. Manager-Risk: MBA (Finance) or Master's in Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics, with minimum 3 years' relevant Risk Officer experience. Manager-Company Secretary: Associate Member of ICSI, with minimum 3 years' relevant CS experience; LLB/CA/ICWA/CMA/FRM desirable.

Manager-Security Officer – Scale-II
Requires a Bachelor's degree in any discipline plus the prescribed security-service experience: minimum 5 years as an officer in the Indian Army, Navy or Air Force not below the rank of Captain, or the corresponding prescribed level in paramilitary service.

Senior Manager Posts – Scale-III
Senior Manager-Credit: regular full-time graduate plus postgraduate degree in Finance; 5 years' relevant credit experience mandatory. Senior Manager-Forex: graduate plus MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM in Finance/International Business/Trade Finance of prescribed duration; 5 years' relevant experience mandatory. Senior Manager-Treasury: graduate plus relevant postgraduate qualification in Finance, or Master's in Statistics/Economics as prescribed; 5 years' relevant treasury experience mandatory. Age is reckoned as on 1 August 2026. Scale-I posts: 21–32 years. Most Scale-II posts: 25–35 years. Scale-III posts: 25–38 years. Manager-Security Officer has an upper-age limit of not more than 35 years. Any applicable relaxation is subject to Bank rules and the notification.
